The Graduate Studies Department at Al-Shatra University announces, based on the letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research and Development Department / Graduate Studies Division No. (1210-83679) dated 7/28/2026, Chapter Two / Paragraph (4), which includes the mechanism for rotating seats between universities, that a number of vacant seats are available in the university's open graduate programs, after being released from other admission channels and after implementing what is stated in paragraphs (1) and (2) of the aforementioned letter.
Accordingly, the Graduate Studies Department invites those interested in applying for the vacant seats to review the available seats and apply according to the current ministerial rules and instructions, during the period from Sunday, 8/16/2026, to Wednesday, 8/19/2026.
