University of Shatrah organizes a workshop on “Instructions and regulations for admission to evening classes”

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Bassem Abdul Hussein Jarallah, President of University of Shatrah, and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest, the University's Registration and Student Affairs Department organized a workshop entitled “Instructions and Regulations for Admission to Evening Studies” on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the University's discussion hall, attended by the deans' assistants and officials from the registration and student affairs departments in the colleges.

Assistant Prof Dr. Fadel Mohsen Hamad, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, spoke about the ministerial instructions related to the mechanisms of admission to evening studies and the regulations adopted in organizing student files and documenting their data. Assistant Dr. Anwar Jabbar Aiz, Director of the Registration and Student Affairs Department, discussed the mechanism for standardizing administrative procedures to ensure accuracy and smooth completion of transactions. The workshop was moderated by Assistant Dr. Haider Muhammad Abdul.

At the end of the workshop, the importance of adhering to ministerial regulations and instructions and working as a team to achieve the highest levels of organization in the administrative process was emphasized.
