It is with great pride and honor that I welcome you today—not only as a Dean of the College, but as your partner in laying the cornerstone of a long-awaited scientific edifice in the proud district of Al-Dawaya, under the umbrella of our parent institution, the University of Shatrah.
My dear students of the inaugural batch, You are not merely students; you are the pioneers. You are the cohort with whom the history of this college begins, and your names will be recorded as the first to carry the torch of knowledge within its halls. Your admission for the academic year (2024–2025) is a milestone for both us and you.
We commenced with two core departments: the Department of English Language and the Department of Physics, out of our firm belief that building generations begins with mastering the languages of the era and deepens through understanding the laws of the universe.
Today, we are not just opening a building; we are opening a future. We promise you that this college will be a fertile environment for science and knowledge, and we look to you to rise to the responsibility, armed with dedication and perseverance, to be the best ambassadors for your college and your community.
