The Graduate Affairs Department at Al-Shatra University, based on the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research and Development Department / Graduate Studies Division letter No. (1210-83679) dated 28/7/2026, Section Two / Paragraph (4), which includes the procedure for seat rotation between universities, announces that a number of vacant seats are available in the university's open graduate programs. These seats are those freed from other admission channels and remaining after implementing paragraphs (1) and (2) of the aforementioned letter.

The Graduate Affairs Department invites those interested in transferring to check the available seats and apply according to the current ministry rules from Sunday, 16/8/2026 to Wednesday, 19/8/2026.
