Overview of the Registration and Admission Division:
The Registration and Admission Division is one of the vital administrative units in the college. It is responsible for managing student admission affairs, receiving newly accepted students, and finalizing their official registration procedures in accordance with ministerial regulations and university instructions. The division maintains accurate academic records for students throughout their study period, processes official documents such as transcripts and enrollment certificates, and manages graduation procedures up until degree conferral.
Objectives of the Registration and Admission Division:
1. Implement admission regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with high accuracy.
2. Facilitate the registration procedures for newly admitted students and organize their academic files securely.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases throughout their academic journey.
4. Issue official student documents, enrollment certificates, and academic transcripts efficiently.
