Outgoing and Incoming Mail Unit
The unit is responsible for issuing official letters for the college's formal correspondence with external entities, as well as receiving the college's official mail from universities and other bodies. It records this mail in an official register in preparation for distribution to the college's departments, divisions, and units after review by the college administration and direction according to specialization.
