My dear sons and daughters, students, and my esteemed colleagues from the academic and administrative staff,

Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you,

It is with great pride and honor that I welcome you today, not only as the Dean of the College, but as a partner with you in laying the foundation stone of a long-awaited academic edifice in the esteemed District of Al-Dawayah, under the umbrella of our mother university, the University of Al-Shatrah.

My dear students of the first cohort,

You are not merely students; you are pioneers. You are the cohort with which the history of this college begins, and your names will be recorded as the first to carry the torch of knowledge within its halls. Your admission in the academic year (2024–2025) represents a milestone for both you and us.

We have commenced with two fundamental departments: the Department of English Language and the Department of Physics, based on our belief that building generations begins with mastering the languages of the modern age and deepens through understanding the laws of the universe.

Today, we are not opening a building; rather, we are opening a future. We promise you that this college will be a fertile environment for knowledge and learning, and we look forward to you rising to the level of responsibility, armed with diligence and perseverance, to become the best ambassadors for your college and your community.

I ask Allah Almighty to grant us success in this blessed journey and to make the College of Education (Al-Dawayah) a beacon of knowledge and cultural enlightenment.
