The Assistant President of University  of Shatrah for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Fadel Mohsen Hamad, held an expanded meeting with student affairs division in the colleges and administrative affairs officials to follow up on the implementation of the SIS program for student affairs management and the HR program for human resources management on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, The meeting was attended by the Director of the Registration and Student Affairs Department and the Director of the Electronic Calculator Center.

The Assistant President for Scientific Affairs also directed that the challenges that may face the implementation process be addressed and that proposals be submitted to develop electronic systems, with a view to achieving transparency and improving the level of university services.

In his speech, Dr. Fadel Mohsen Hamad emphasized that the implementation of these programs represents an important step towards digital transformation at the university, as it provides data accuracy and speed in completing administrative and academic transactions, stressing the need to combine efforts to ensure the success of the project in order to serve students and university staff.
