The Electronics Laboratory is an advanced and essential laboratory for third-year students, focusing on the study and behavior of semiconductor electronic components and their practical applications. The lab provides students with the opportunity to build and test analog and digital electronic circuits, enhancing their ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical design and troubleshooting.
Laboratory Objectives:
• Study the characteristics and behavior of fundamental electronic components such as diodes, transistors (BJTs and FETs), and operational amplifiers (Op-Amps).
• Design and analyze rectification circuits, signal amplifiers, and electronic filter circuits.
• Understand and apply basic digital circuits and logic gates.
• Develop skills in using advanced testing equipment such as the oscilloscope, signal generator, and DC power supply.
• Enhance the ability to construct circuits on breadboards and test their performance with high efficiency.
Laboratory Importance:
The laboratory provides crucial hands-on experience in dealing with modern electronic circuits, preparing students to design and implement graduation projects and industrial/technical applications in communications and control systems.
