Comprehensive advancement in everything related to the scientific level of the teaching staff at the University of Shatrah, with the aim of building a teaching and research staff with broad scientific horizons; planning to hold local and international scientific conferences and twinning with prestigious international universities; exchanging information and expertise; issuing scientific journals and working diligently to have them included in international databases; seeking to meet all the requirements and criteria of the National Ranking of Iraqi Universities in preparation for obtaining international rankings; planning to maximise the University's resources by opening consultancy offices and establishing investment projects, continuing education, evening study, parallel education and self-funded postgraduate study; encouraging volunteer initiatives to serve the community; supporting publication in high-impact international databases such as Scopus and Clarivate; and opening horizons of international diversity by attracting foreign faculty members and students.
