The service procession of the College of Education for Girls / University of Shatrah continues to serve visitors of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).

Under the slogan: (Serving the visitors of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein “peace be upon him” is an honour for us),

the service procession of the College of Education for Girls – University of Shatrah, now in its third year, continues to perform its duties in serving the visitors of the Father of the Free, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), during the blessed Arbaeen pilgrimage, on the pilgrims' route to holy Karbala at the entrance to the city of Al-Shatrah.

This activity commemorates this great occasion and embodies the spirit of initiative and devotion to the Husseini cause shown by the college's staff. The procession was set up and fully prepared through the self-funded efforts of a number of the college's professors and employees, who volunteered their service and provided the donations needed to support serving the visitors, believing that this service is a great honour and a religious and moral duty.

The staff have begun providing various services, including meals, water, tea and cold juices, and providing places to rest, in an atmosphere of sincerity and giving for the sake of God, and in a collective, cooperative spirit that reflects the human values this occasion carries.

We ask God to accept this blessed service from everyone, to grant them the intercession of Hussein (peace be upon him) on the Day of Arrival, and to place it in the balance of their good deeds as light, mercy and elevation.
