Today, Wednesday, 1 October 2025, the Assistant President of the University of Shatrah for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad, held an expanded meeting with the heads of student affairs in the colleges and the heads of administrative affairs to follow up the implementation of the SIS system for student affairs management and the HR system for human resources management, in the presence of the Director of the Department of Registration and Student Affairs and the Director of the Computer Centre.
The Assistant President for Scientific Affairs also directed that the challenges that may face the implementation process be addressed and that proposals be submitted for developing the electronic systems, with a view to achieving transparency and raising the level of university services.
In his speech, Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad affirmed that the implementation of these systems represents an important step towards digital transformation at the University, given the accuracy of data and the speed in completing administrative and academic transactions that they provide, stressing the need to join efforts to ensure the success of the project in a way that serves the University's students and staff.
