Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, President of the University of Shatrah, and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest, the University's Department of Registration and Student Affairs organised a workshop entitled "Instructions and Regulations for Admission to Evening Studies" on Tuesday, 14 October 2025, in the University's Discussions Hall, in the presence of the Associate Deans and the heads of the registration and student affairs units in the colleges.
The Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad, spoke about the ministerial instructions relating to the admission mechanisms for evening studies and the approved regulations for organising student files and documenting their data. The Director of the Department of Registration and Student Affairs and Asst. Lect. Anwar Jabbar Ayiz addressed the mechanism for unifying administrative procedures so as to ensure accuracy of work and the smooth completion of transactions, while the workshop was moderated by Asst. Lect. Haider Mohammed Abd.
At the conclusion of the workshop, emphasis was placed on the importance of adhering to ministerial regulations and instructions and working in a team spirit to achieve the highest levels of organisation in the administrative process.
