President of the University of Shatrah Commends the Efforts of Those in Charge of the First Course on Teaching Methods towards Blended Learning

Today, Tuesday, 4 November 2025, the President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, in the presence of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad, received in his office the Director of the Continuing Education Centre, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hamid Alwan Kati, and the trainers in charge of the first course on teaching methods towards blended learning.

During the meeting, the President of the University expressed his great appreciation for the distinguished efforts made by the trainers in ensuring the success of the course, which began on 6 September 2025 and continues until 6 December 2025, stressing the importance of such programmes in developing the capacities of faculty members and their skills in line with the requirements of modern education.

The President of the University also praised the spirit of commitment and discipline shown by the participants and trainers, especially their continued attendance and work on official holidays (Saturdays), which reflects their great keenness to achieve the course's objectives and make it a complete success.

This initiative comes as part of the University of Shatrah's efforts to strengthen the blended learning environment and adopt the latest academic and training methods that contribute to raising the quality of higher education.
