On the morning of today, Monday, 1 December 2025, the Assistant President of the University of Shatrah for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar, held an expanded meeting in his office with the Director of the Follow-up Department, Lecturer Ali Awad Duwaij, and the heads of units in the University's colleges, to discuss the state of the Department's work and mechanisms for developing it in line with the continuous expansion of the University and the rising numbers of students.
During the meeting, ways of strengthening field follow-up procedures in the colleges and ensuring compliance with university instructions and regulations were discussed, so as to consolidate a safe and disciplined educational environment. The Director of the Follow-up Department reviewed the main challenges and needs, presenting a number of proposals aimed at raising performance efficiency and improving working mechanisms.
The heads of units in the colleges also presented the main field problems they face, with the aim of formulating a unified action plan that contributes to addressing the challenges and developing the administrative work environment within the University.
The Assistant President for Administrative Affairs affirmed his full support for the Follow-up Department, commending the efforts of its staff and their pivotal role in maintaining order and discipline on campus, and stressing the University's readiness to provide the necessary facilities and address obstacles within legal frameworks, in support of its academic journey and in keeping with its development and expansion plans
