Under the patronage of the President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, the Department of Registration and Student Affairs at the University Presidency organised a workshop entitled «Audit Procedures for the Secured Documents System (Authenticity of Issuance)» today, Tuesday, 16 December 2025, in the Discussions Hall.
The workshop aimed to introduce the role of the system's auditors and the approved working mechanisms for auditing official documents, as well as to explain the procedures for activating and using the Quick Response (QR) code, thereby contributing to enhancing the reliability of documents, speeding up their verification and reducing cases of forgery.
The workshop included lectures delivered by Asst. Lect. Anwar Jabbar Ayiz and Asst. Lect. Haider Flaih, in which the technical and procedural aspects of the system were reviewed and the approved audit steps were explained, with applied examples of how the (QR) code is used to verify the authenticity of issuance.
The workshop also saw the attendance and interaction of the participants, who stressed the importance of such events in raising the efficiency of institutional performance and developing administrative working mechanisms in line with the requirements of digital transformation at the University.
