The President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Jarallah Al-Ghazi, received on Tuesday 30 December 2025 the Dean of the Technical College of Dhi Qar, Prof. Dr. Hussein Tokan, on an official visit aimed at strengthening scientific and academic cooperation and consolidating relations between higher education institutions.
The meeting discussed prospects for joint cooperation between the two sides and a number of issues of common interest, particularly those related to developing the educational process and raising the scientific level, so as to support the academic process and strengthen the exchange of scientific expertise between universities and technical institutions.
The two sides stressed the importance of continued communication and joint coordination to achieve the desired scientific and educational goals and to support and develop higher education in Dhi Qar Province.
