In the Presence of the President of the University of Shatrah… the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs Holds a Meeting of the University's Senior Staff

In the presence of the President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar, held a meeting of the university's senior staff, bringing together the Associate Deans for Administrative Affairs and the directors of the administrative departments of the University Presidency.

The President of the University stressed the importance of raising administrative performance, strengthening coordination and working as one team, so as to develop institutional work and serve the university and its staff.

The meeting discussed a number of administrative and organisational topics, most notably the annual inventory, the requirements of digital transformation, and the files of student grants and retirement, as well as following up on administrative, financial and service affairs in the university's units.

For his part, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs stressed the importance of unifying visions, speeding up the completion of transactions in accordance with legal regulations, and keeping pace with digital transformation to overcome obstacles to work.

This meeting comes within the directions of the University of Shatrah Presidency to strengthen sound administrative performance, in line with the policies of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
