The Assistant President of the University of Shatrah for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Mohsen Hamad, received on Sunday 25 January 2026 a delegation from the National University of Science and Technology, as part of strengthening cooperation for the activities of Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The visiting delegation included the Director of the Science and Technology Parks Department, Lect. Dr. Mazin Riyadh Mansour, and the heads of divisions. They were received by the Director of the Science and Technology Parks Department at the University of Shatrah, Lect. Dr. Sally Salih Jumaa.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss prospects for joint cooperation between the Science and Technology Parks Department of the National University and its counterpart at the University of Shatrah, and to support joint research projects, so as to develop the academic environment and promote scientific innovation.
During the meeting, the two sides stressed the importance of this step in strengthening scientific partnerships and activating joint programmes that serve the educational and research process at the two universities, emphasising the need for continued communication and exchange of visits to achieve the desired goals.
