President of the University of Shatrah Receives the Director of the Veterinary Clinic and Discusses Ways of Joint Cooperation

The President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Al-Ghazi, received in his office today, Tuesday 14 April 2026, the Director of the Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Asaad Mohsen, and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting discussed prospects for joint cooperation between the university and the Veterinary Clinic, particularly in the scientific and research fields, so as to contribute to developing the veterinary sector and serving the local community. The two sides also discussed the possibility of organising workshops and training courses that help enhance the skills of students and specialised staff.

The President of the University affirmed the University of Shatrah's keenness on openness and cooperation with health and service institutions, praising the role played by the Veterinary Clinic in providing therapeutic and preventive services.

For his part, the Director of the Veterinary Clinic expressed his thanks and appreciation for the warm reception, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation with the university to achieve shared goals and support the scientific and service process.
