Assistant President for Administrative Affairs Takes Part in the Memorial Ceremony Held by Dhi Qar Oil Company on the Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Sayyid Mohammed Mohammed Sadiq Al-Sadr and His Two Sons

The Assistant President of the University of Shatrah for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar, took part in the memorial ceremony held by the Dhi Qar Oil Company on the twenty-eighth anniversary of the martyrdom of Grand Ayatollah the martyr Sayyid Mohammed Mohammed Sadiq Al-Sadr (may his soul be sanctified) and his two pure sons, in the hall of the Public Relations Department today, Thursday 23 April 2026, alongside official and academic figures from the province.

The ceremony included various segments that embodied the depth of grief on this painful occasion and recalled the lofty values and principles called for by the martyr, with participants stressing the importance of following his approach in strengthening national unity and serving society.

Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar expressed his thanks for the invitation, affirming that commemorating the martyrs is an act of loyalty to their history and humanitarian role, and stressing the importance of instilling these values in the consciousness of future generations. He also conveyed the greetings of the University Presidency and its appreciation of the efforts made by the Dhi Qar Oil Company in organising such events, which strengthen the spirit of communication between academic and government institutions.
