As a follow-up to its organizational steps, the central committee charged with preparing the job description guide and rules of governance and staff management at the University of Shatrah held its second meeting, headed by Professor Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar, Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative Affairs, and in the presence of all its members. The meeting witnessed a direct follow-up from the Chairman of the Committee, who was briefed in detail on what had been accomplished by the sub-teams during the past period, indicating that the work is progressing rapidly towards institutionalizing administrative work and defining powers precisely in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
During the meeting, the legal and statistical data provided were also evaluated, and the mechanisms for matching the actual approved staff were reviewed to address gaps in the human shortage or surplus, in preparation for the final formulation of the guide to ensure the highest levels of quality and organizational integrity of the university.
The Chairman of the Committee stressed that the codification of this guide represents a binding reference document that prevents overlapping of tasks and personal judgments, praising the efforts made in auditing legislation and strategic planning mechanisms for staff and job budgeting, and directing the completion of the remaining stages according to the specified time limits to ensure the integrity of administrative work in all colleges and centers of the university.
