The Department of Graduate Studies at the University of Shatrah announces, and based on the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Research and Development / Department of Graduate Studies No. (1210-83679) dated 7/28/2026, second axis / paragraph (4), which includes the mechanism for rotating seats between universities, the availability of a number of vacant seats in open graduate programs at the university, after floating them from the rest of the admission channels, and the remaining seats after implementing what was stated in paragraphs (1) And (2) from the book referred to above.
Accordingly, the Department of Graduate Studies Affairs invites those wishing to be rotated to vacant seats to review the available seats and apply in accordance with the ministerial controls and instructions in force for the period from Sunday, 8/16/2026, until Wednesday, 8/19/2026.
