- The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Shatrah received today, Wednesday 17 September 2025, a ministerial committee specialised in evaluating the scientific and academic situation of colleges of veterinary medicine in Iraq, in the presence of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad, and the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nabil Mahdi Abd.
- During its visit, the committee inspected the scientific laboratories and classrooms of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and also followed up the level of equipment and services provided to students in line with approved academic standards.
- At the end of its tour, the committee affirmed its keenness to support the College's efforts in developing the educational and research process, contributing to enhancing the quality of higher education outcomes and serving the community.
