The College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences – University of Shatrah announces the start of applications for undergraduate morning studies for the 2025 – 2026 academic year, starting on Sunday 7 September 2025, in accordance with the following regulations:

Application conditions:

• The applicant must be Iraqi and born in 2001 or later.

• Must hold a preparatory school certificate officially certified by the Directorate of Education in the governorate.

• Must be a full-time student, as combining employment with morning studies is not permitted.

• Applications include graduates of the following streams: scientific (biological and applied), literary and arts, provided that the applicant has not previously enrolled in (evening / private / parallel / endowment colleges / institutes of other ministries) education.

• Students who were centrally admitted last year and whose seats were then cancelled, or who postponed or failed, may apply again after submitting proof of this.

Average requirements:

• For males: an average of not less than 59%.

• For females: an average of not less than 55%.

• For vocational graduates: an average of not less than 60%.

• Sports champions nominated by the Olympic Committee are exempted from the average requirement within 15% of the admission plan, distributed as (8% for academic streams and 7% for vocational).

Note:

• Applications are open to students who passed and to those with supplementary examinations.
