The seminar was delivered by Lecturer Iman Jabir Hassan and Ms. Dhuha Ammar, who addressed the main methods that support mental health and the importance of spreading community awareness of humane conduct within health and educational institutions, in addition to emphasising the role of awareness in promoting reassurance and psychological support for individuals.
