The Deanship of the College of Education for Girls / University of Shatrah continues the field follow-up of the launch of the final exams for the academic year (2025-2026).
As part of the keenness of the Dean of the College of Education for Girls at the University of Shatrah to follow up on the progress of the examination process on the ground and provide the appropriate atmosphere for the students, the Dean of the College of Education for Girls, Professor Dr. Afrah Abd Maktuf Al-Ghazi, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, conducted an inspection field visit to the classrooms for examinations, which included the halls of primary and postgraduate studies, in addition to following up on the work of the examination committees and examining the progress of work and organizational mechanisms within the college.
During the tour, the Dean followed up on the flow of exam performance and the extent of compliance with the ministerial instructions and controls approved for the academic year 2025-2026, in addition to reviewing the nature of the organizational procedures inside the exam halls and creating the appropriate atmosphere for female students, which contributes to providing a calm and organized exam environment.
The visit also included following up on the work of the examination and administrative committees and inspecting their work progress, emphasizing the importance of accuracy, organization and high coordination between the committees to ensure the success of the examination process as required, praising the great efforts made by the teaching and administrative staff in performing their duties with professionalism and high responsibility.
At the conclusion of the tour, the Dean, Professor Dr. Afrah Abd Maktuf Al-Ghazi, confirmed that the Deanship of the College would continue to follow up on all the details related to the conduct of the exams and provide the necessary support for their success, wishing the college’s female students continued success in their academic careers.
