Discussing the doctoral thesis of a faculty member at the College of Education for Girls / University of Shatrah
Within the process of scientific and academic giving for teachers of the College of Education for Girls, the teacher, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hussein Abdullah, obtained a doctorate degree after defending his thesis titled:
(War narratives in pre-Islamic poetry).
On the morning of Wednesday, June 10, 2026, the College of Arts / Dhi Qar University - Department of Arabic Language witnessed this scientific discussion.

The thesis dealt with the study of pre-Islamic poetry and its war narratives, a critical and descriptive study to determine its cultural, rhetorical, and social dimensions. This major scientific achievement is considered the result of years of diligence, perseverance, and sober research into the depth of the language of dād and its rhetorical history.
At the conclusion of the discussion, the thesis was approved with a grade of (excellence), with the committee praising the scientific level of the researcher, the importance of the topic, and the depth of its results.
