Under the patronage of the President of the University of Shatrah, Professor Dr. Bassem Abdul Hussein Jarallah, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Jabbar Hayawi, the College of Engineering, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a scientific workshop entitled “Administrative and Financial Risk Management,” in which the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Eng. Dr. Hassan Rahim Hassan on Monday, 9/21/2026.
The workshop addressed the concept of administrative and financial risk management and its importance in enhancing work efficiency within institutions.
It also discussed the most prominent risks that may face administrative and financial work, ways to identify and diagnose them early, and touched on mechanisms for analyzing and evaluating risks and developing appropriate procedures to reduce and address their effects.
The workshop reviewed the importance of proper planning and making appropriate decisions in the face of risks, which contributes to developing administrative and financial performance and achieving institutional goals.
