Sarmad Jabbar Jalil

About

Dr. Sarmad Jabbar Jalil is a Lecturer at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Shatrah, Iraq. He holds a Ph.D. in Fish Diseases and Health from the University of Basrah, an M.Sc. in Fish Diseases and Immunology, and a B.Sc. in Animal Production Technologies. His academic and research interests focus on fish diseases and health, aquatic animal health, fish immunology, aquatic environmental health, and sustainable aquaculture. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in animal health and aquatic environmental fields. Dr. Sarmad has contributed to academic teaching, scientific research, and university administration. He has also served in several academic and administrative positions and participated in scientific committees and professional development programs. His research aims to improve fish health, prevent aquatic diseases, enhance aquaculture productivity, and promote sustainable development in the fisheries sector.
