Important Announcement to Applicants for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Shatrah for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Who Passed on the Public and Private Funding Channels

We would like to inform you of the following:

1- In implementation of the circular of the Research and Development Department (R&D 5 - 8422 dated 2025/7/31, paragraph two), a service has been launched for receiving rotation requests from * applicants on the general admission and private funding channels for vacant seats in the privilege categories *.

2- The system will continue to receive rotation requests *until 2025/8/18 * as stated in the circular mentioned in the paragraph above.

3- According to the notification of the ministerial team, the applicant retains his/her original admission channel and the tuition fees that follow from it.

4- The interface for paragraph two of the circular of the Research and Development Department, which allows an applicant on the general admission or private funding channel to submit a rotation request for a vacant seat in the privilege categories, is as shown in the image below:
