Based on the book of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Research and Development, which includes processing the results of applicants who obtained grades ranging between (40-44) grades in the competitive exam, and granting them additional grades not exceeding (5) grades, provided that vacant seats are available, and that they are filled according to the highest differential average.

Those who wish to rotate, and who meet the controls and instructions, must visit the Graduate Studies Division in the college in which vacant seats are available, for the purpose of submitting a rotation application, bringing with them the application confirmation and the application file, copied and stamped by the Graduate Studies Division on all file papers.

The period for submitting applications starts from Sunday, September 6, 2026, until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
