The Psychological Counselling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held an awareness seminar entitled “The Phenomenon of Drug Addiction: An Introduction and Its Effects”, today, Monday, 27 October 2025.
The seminar was delivered by Asst. Lect. Hussam Ali Majeed and addressed the phenomenon of drug addiction and its health, social and psychological dangers, as well as ways of preventing it and raising awareness of its harms to the individual and society.
