The workshop addressed the effect of economic and social disparities on students' mental health, and the pressures these factors create that may affect self-confidence, academic motivation and social relationships within the university environment. During the workshop, examples of real cases were reviewed, and practical mechanisms were proposed for strengthening psychological support and building a more inclusive and equitable learning environment.

The workshop saw wide engagement from students and teaching staff, who stressed the importance of continuing this type of activity, which enhances psychological awareness and supports students in facing social challenges.
