Obtained the PhD from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah, specializing in physiology, pharmacology, and biochemistry, also hold the academic rank of Professor in the same field from the University of Al-Shatra, and have been granted a patent for the genetic classification of the foot-and-mouth disease virus in Dhi Qar Governorate.
